submitted by Gabriel M. - |Recommended: YesGood Place, bad Neighboors — Its a good place to live. Very close to the university, and close to a market. But the students tend to scream or talk loudly in the street outside your window.
submitted by Nilroth L. - |Recommended: YesReview — Great location friendly staff. Weekend is a little loud at night because of State Street the nearby bar.
submitted by John B. - |Recommended: YesFantastic — It is the perfect living situation for students.
submitted by Yiming W. - |Recommended: YesThe heating is broken. — It is good to have our own washer and dryer.
submitted by Yifeng W. - |Recommended: YesNot bad — not bad, it is convenion but still need improved
submitted by Yuxuan Z. - |Recommended: YesA nice and convenient place — It's good to live here while it's kindly small for 3 young men, but the location si good.
submitted by Karon S. - |Recommended: YesQuality living for decent price — This is a great apartment to live in due to its proximity to campus and the downtown area as well as its price. The apartment is well kept and I haven't really had issues with noise levels.
submitted by Abigail B. - |Recommended: YesGreat location, good apartment — Being right next to campus was a really important thing when deciding on where to live. Despite COVID eliminating in-person classes, the location is wonderful for walking around State Street and the campus area. Communication with the property staff is not the most timely, but everyone is polite.

submitted by Ella T. - |Recommended: YesFine space but landowners do not know how to communicate — Good location, just regular quality of building and living spaces. Landowners overcharged me, took weeks for them to respond to me and never fixed it despite numerous attempts to communicate with them. Said they would fix it and never did.

For the most part, the fixtures have acceptable quality, but the features could definitely be modernized upgraded. The kitchen design is a little wonky, with some cabinet doors swinging open the wrong way and a giant cabinet overhanging the stove, which awkwardly blocks out the living room from the kitchen. In the warm months, fruit flies invade the kitchen area no matter how clean it is, which is frustrating. Carpet and walls are kind of dingy, wood is dated, and the bedrooms are quite drafty in the wintertime. However, the walls are extremely thick, so you'll almost never hear neighbors, and the maintenance crew usually does a good job of getting to our concerns in a timely manner. The layout of our four-bedroom unit is very quaint, and every one of our guests comments on how they love the spiral staircase. Overall, the location is great for any UW student, and it is a solid place to live if you are not looking for anything extremely fancy.
